Process Manager, 80-100 %

In the Governance area of the Executive Staff, we make a central contribution to the further development of the Stadtspital. We support the organization strategically and operatively in the areas of process, quality, feedback, risk, environmental, and document management, thereby creating the foundation for sustainable quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

To strengthen our team at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and communicative personality who will help shape and drive our topics, starting March 1, 2027, or by agreement.

Tasks ##

• Construction, maintenance, and further development of the process management system as a prerequisite and subset of the integrated management system.
• Further development of PzM principles/methodology/specifications and provision of the necessary instruments
• Technical responsibility for the process modeling software and technical responsible person (first level support)
• Execution of process analyses and modeling of business processes within the framework of workshops
• Advising the specialist departments of the Stadtspital on the analysis and implementation of optimization potential
• Process portfolio management and reporting at the corporate level
• Promotion of process orientation in the specialist departments of the Stadtspital
• Conducting training sessions and information events

Profile ##

• You have a higher education degree (Uni, FH, or HF) in process management, business administration, healthcare, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in the construction, optimization, and control of processes.
• You have further training in process management, for example in BPMN 2.0, Lean Management, or Process Mining.
• You think analytically, structurally, and quickly recognize connections.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence, moderate workshops with pleasure, and approach people openly.
• You enjoy working with data and key figures and prepare results in an understandable manner.
• You are a team-oriented, service-oriented personality with very good German skills; knowledge of ADONIS as well as relevant standards and guidelines is a plus.
