ABOUT LOKI ROBOTICS

Loki Robotics is building the next generation of robotic solutions for customers like airports, cleaning companies, and facilities operators. As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic team member to drive new business and nurture lasting client relationships.

YOUR ROLE

As our Business Development & Account Manager, you’ll be on the front line of growth. You will identify new customers, build relationships with stakeholders in airports, facility management, and cleaning services, and ensure existing clients receive top-tier support and value. This role blends sales, strategic account management, and customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities in the targeted verticals
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Deliver tailored solutions and presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Understand clients’ operational needs and collaborate internally to ensure our robotics solutions fit and deliver value
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing success for new accounts, ensuring a smooth client journey
  • Seek feedback from users, relay it to our engineering and product teams, and contribute to refining our offerings
  • Handle and resolve client issues promptly and professionally

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in business development, account management, or sales—preferably in technology, SaaS, automation, or robotics
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, German, Italian or French a plus)
  • Ability to build relationships and trust quickly with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of (or genuine interest in) B2B sales cycles, especially with airports, cleaning services, or facilities management
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: proactive, self-motivated, organized, and adaptable

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience selling technical products or complex solutions
  • Familiarity with robotics, automation, or cleaning technology
  • Experience with enterprise accounts, long deal cycles, or public sector sales
