HR Manager # (m/f/d) Permanent position through our client Zürich Start date: immediately Reference number: 889616/1 Tasks ### • Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR areas in Switzerland (approx. 400 employees) • Leadership and further development of the HR team (5 employees: HR Administration and Recruiting) • Recruiting for key positions in Retail (Store Manager, Sales, Back-Office) • HR administration including contract management and payroll preparation • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related topics • Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal guidelines • Accompanying change processes and organizational development projects • Optimization of HR processes (e.g., digital time tracking, SAP SuccessFactors) • Interface to international HQ colleagues and Country Management Profile ### • Completed studies or equivalent training in the field of HR, business administration or similar • Profound experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in a retail, fashion or consumer goods environment • Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and further develop a team • Language skills: German and English skills business fluent (Italian is an advantage) • Confident handling of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage) • Soft skills: Proactive, solution-oriented, communicative, structured, resilient and open to a dynamic environment Benefits ### • Varied activity in a renowned company • Flat hierarchies • International working environment • Diverse design possibilities • A highly motivated team and an open communication style
