Red high heels and fishnet stockings neckties and tailored suits – at the junction between the lively Langstrasse and hyper-modern Europaallee, worlds meet. During the day, business conversations are held, in the evening the neon signs flicker. The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is centrally located near the main station and only a short bike ride from the lake. Both hotels tell their own story – as do our colleagues.

Job Description

What your working day looks like …

You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team and from early to late

You coordinate the events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has all the information

You are responsible for all group inquiries from 8 rooms

You take over the creation of offers, contracts and invoices.

You enter the bookings into the system, create rooming lists and prepare everything for the perfect check-in and stay

You conduct customer conversations directly on site and supplement this with telephone coordination.

you offer proposals in the interest of the company to achieve optimal occupancy

You keep an overview, even when every room in the house is sold out at the same time and all wires are glowing

Qualifications

You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host

You are an open and communicative person without fear of asserting yourself occasionally

You enjoy working with people and inspiring them

You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts

You bring not only your skills, but also your character

You speak fluent German and English
