INTERNSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION (100 %) \- Commercial Internship gebana is a pioneer for Fair Trade in Switzerland. We work worldwide with farming families and sell their organic products directly to consumers in Europe. Our vision: To change global trade in favor of small farmers, the local economy, and the environment. As of October 2026 or by arrangement, we have a new internship to fill for 12 months. YOUR TASKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE – DEPLOYMENT APPROX. 50 %: You are the contact person for our customers – via e-mail, telephone, and post You answer questions, solve problems, and collect feedback and ideas from our international clientele You process orders and take care of returns and complaints You create evaluations and undertake general administrative activities SPECIAL AREA COMMUNICATION – DEPLOYMENT APPROX. 50 %: You support the team in maintaining the online shop and website You create images, videos, and texts for our social media channels You write texts for various channels You support the translation processes OTHER TASKS Together with other interns, you ensure office and kitchen service Together with other interns, you ensure shop service You work in the shipping warehouse during the induction period YOUR PROFILE: You are interested in fair trade and sustainability You are looking for work experience in the commercial sector You have an interest in people and are strong in communication You work independently, expeditiously, and show initiative You have English skills and ideally also French skills You are flexible and resilient, even in hectic situations You are very familiar with Excel and have a flair for modern IT tools Special knowledge (Bachelor level) or high affinity for the special area 'Communication' WE OFFER: A meaningful working environment with a clear vision: Together we change global trade in favor of farming families, the local economy, and the environment Work experience in a dynamically growing business area Learning field customer service and conversation management Gaining experience in the special area accounting A young, international team with flat hierarchies A place of work directly at the main station A gross salary of CHF 2’206/month at a 100 percent workload (with 13 salaries/year) Do you want to change the rules of global trade with us?
