Deli Factory, the innovative food competence center of the Genossenschaft Migros Zürich, produces demand-oriented assortments and modular products for the Migros-Gruppe. For our team, we are looking for a motivated, experienced leader with a passion for food, organizational talent, and experience in large-scale production, starting immediately or by arrangement. What you drive * Operative leadership: Ensuring production processes, leading the team in shift operations, and deputizing for the head chef. * Production and process responsibility: You plan, control, and optimize production processes and ensure correct machine usage. * Personnel management and training: You instruct employees, train them in daily work, and promote a positive team culture. * Quality, hygiene, and safety: You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Administrative tasks: You support deployment planning, shift organization, forecasts, and key figures.
