Preparation of dishes for the à la carte fine dining restaurant, lobby as well as banquets and seminars
Your strength should be the Entremetier station, but deployment on all other stations is also possible
Independent management of a station
Cooking and plating at a high level
Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP
Assistance also with food service
Desired Profile
Successfully completed vocational training as EFZ
Passion for high-quality gastronomy and quality
Knowledge of international cuisine
Dishes are all prepared fresh; it is required to bring experience in the fine dining and alc area.
Great value is placed on the delicate plating of the food, therefore one should be practiced in it.
Neat and friendly appearance
German and English skills must be fluent
One should be resilient and motivated
We offer:
Attractive working hours: They vary between 8 AM and 10 PM
The establishment is open during the week and also on Sunday. Assignment days are predominantly Sunday evening to Friday noon
