As a Customer and Claims Advisor, you are the point of contact for our customers and take on the central role in claims processing – binding, competent and empathetic. Customer and Claims Advisor Pet Insurance (f/m/d), 80–100%, Zürich / hybrid What you drive: Examination of the obligation to provide benefits according to insurance conditions (illness, accident, prevention) as well as processing of cost guarantees and complaints Control, billing and if necessary objection to veterinary medical invoices Answering questions asked by telephone and by email from insured persons, benefit providers and authorities – friendly and understandable, even in complex matters Enjoyment of advising potential new customers (Inbound & Outbound) as well as creation of tailor-made offers for new and existing customers Creation of correspondence, processing of insured and contract data and ensuring further administrative activities Why you will succeed: In addition to a successfully completed basic education in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or a commercial education with basic medical knowledge, ideally you already bring several years of professional experience in claims processing and/or in customer advice in a veterinary environment You bring a completed VBV education (Certificate "Nicht Leben") with you or are ready to complete it You convince our customers with your efficient, committed and service-oriented way of working Communication strength on the telephone and by e-mail as well as a friendly, professional appearance round off your profile, even in demanding situations you maintain an overview and remain calm With your service claim and your insurance knowledge, you ensure a positive customer experience and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German, Italian and English What you can count on: With around 900'000 customers, Sanitas is one of the largest health insurers in Switzerland.
