IT Services Engineer - Windows Server 100% Zürich-Flughafen

Do you have several years of in-depth experience in the field of Windows Server Backend Services (OS, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and would like to deepen and develop yourself in the area of automated multi-domain orchestration of Windows Server? Furthermore, do you feel comfortable in an agile DevOps environment in which you encounter development as well as operational tasks equally? To complement the 8-member team, we are looking for a committed person as an IT Services Engineer for our location at Zürich-Flughafen, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your role ##

• Collaboration in the operation and further development of our Windows Server services
• Incident, Change and Service Request handling (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Driving the standardization and optimization of our automation processes
• Ensuring compliance with compliance, security, and architecture specifications
• Taking over and dutifully completing work packages along planned sprint stories

Your profile ##

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education/further training (FH/HF)
• Verifiable several years of experience in the environment of Windows Server architectures
• Know-how in automation, scripting and modern deployment methods is an advantage
• Service provider experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flawless oral and written expression in German (C1 level) as well as good English skills
• Enjoyment of responsibility and strategic participation
• Readiness for on-call duty and occasional assignments outside of office hours (remote)
