Chef de Service ### #### Tasks & Challenges  • Leadership of a team in the service and kitchen area • Coaching, deployment planning, and further development of employees • Ensuring smooth operational processes in daily business • Participation in training as well as internal projects • Collaboration in operational operations as well as support during events and special occasions • Responsibility for quality assurance as well as compliance with hygiene and safety standards • Interface to the operational crew on site • Further development of existing processes and active participation in shaping the gastronomic offering Qualification & Competencies • Completed higher education in hotel management or gastronomy (e.g., hotel management school) • Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in taking on responsibility • Experience in dealing with inventory management and operational key figures • Structured, resilient, and reliable way of working • Pronounced quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking • Organizational talent and assertive • Service-oriented, committed personality with a hands-on mentality • Flexibility as well as enjoyment of a varied working environment • Languages: German native language, other languages an advantage  Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a versatile leadership function in a lively and constantly evolving environment.
