You are: flexible, committed and work independently? You have a completed vocational training or have gained initial professional experience after your training? You are familiar with the Opera Cloud System; communication with our international guests is no problem for you thanks to your English language skills, then apply to us and become part of our young team. As our Front Office employee (m/f/d), You are the "face of the hotel", warmly welcome our guests, focus on their well-being and add your personal touch to their stay. You are responsible for all matters of guest reception up to guest farewell. You work in early, late, and weekend shifts and support the reception crew in their daily work: reception, care, billing, customer loyalty program as well as check-ins and check-outs. You take over the representation of the night watch in the absence of the regular staff. Additionally, you are co-responsible for the cash, daily, and monthly closings and make reservation acceptances. You additionally look after the hotel bar to support the service team. You are a passionate person who is committed to the continuous improvement of the quality of hotel services.
