The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department of the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund leads and processes demanding transactions for the Migros-Gruppe. Our competent advisory in M&A includes strategy assessment, company valuation, negotiation and due diligences up to the contractual framework. What you move * Management of advisory mandates in corporate finance, merger and acquisition projects including transaction support * Leadership and execution of due diligence audits * Negotiation and support regarding price determination and contract design * Financial analyses and company valuations, as well as collaboration on special projects * Support in decision-making in the relevant committees What you bring * Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) * Specialization: in business administration with a specialization in finance during studies and further training in the finance sector such as CFA or dipl.
