Tasks

• Support for the IT concerns of the supervised organizational units
• Setup and provision of IT workstations for entries and exits
• Execution of software installations, updates and standardized system adjustments
• Administration and maintenance of the supervised workstation devices over their entire life cycle
• Documentation of solutions, configurations and recurring support cases
• Support for users with questions regarding workstation systems and IT services
• Collaboration on rollouts, migrations and other IT projects in the workplace environment

Profile

• Completed training in the field of informatics, ICT or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the support of Windows workstations and peripheral devices
• Experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures as well as in error analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct contact with different stakeholders
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
