Cook 80-100% From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement · MIKI, Zürich MIKI is the sister establishment of IKOO, Japanese Noodle Soups. It is located in the trendy district of the pedestrianized Weststrasse and awaits the summer with an urban street eatery. The eye-catcher is the kitchen construction made of Urushi lacquer craftsmanship by Salome Lippuner. In addition to ramen, there are other Japanese dishes that are quickly prepared and make you satisfied and full. Among them are surprising rice dishes and vegetarian specialties. Our cooks value decent product provenance and careful processing (organic, regional). The hospitality is as Japanese-friendly as it is uncomplicated-Zurich style.
