Recruiter (all) 80 - 100% # Justizvollzug und Wiedereingliederung (JuWe) is, as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zürich, responsible for the execution of sentences and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention. For our 1'400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of convicted people and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance. The right people make the difference. For this exciting task, we are looking for a committed female recruiter or a committed male recruiter with passion, drive and a sense for people. The position is temporary until expected March 2027 and is to be filled as soon as possible. What you will do with us ### • We in the Rekrutierung & Assessment team at JuWe actively shape the future of our office - by finding the right talents for our diverse positions. In doing so, we do not rely on our gut feeling, but rather rely on sound, scientifically based selection processes. Your tasks include the following: • You take holistic responsibility for demanding recruitments from profile creation through Direct Search to employment confirmation • You competently advise and accompany our line managers throughout the entire Recruitment Cycle and actively contribute your experience • You use modern selection instruments, evaluate Online Assessments and interpret their results and ensure a sound basis for decision-making • You support our team professionally and contribute to a culture of learning, quality and joy in good HR work What you bring with you ### • You have a federal HR specialist certificate (eidgenössischer HR-Fachausweis) and/or a CAS in the field of Recruitment & Assessment • With over five years of experience in recruiting, you bring the necessary expertise and sensitivity • German is your native language, and you appear confidently and authentically towards various stakeholders • You convince with strong advisory competence, situational sensitivity and the ability to win people over at eye level • You like to take responsibility, actively drive processes and topics forward and work in a team-oriented manner on sustainable solutions What awaits you ### A helpful and humorous team that supports each other, as well as varied tasks in a meaningful and exciting environment that remains hidden to many others.
