You are the voice of Zurich Schweiz: You advise our private customers by telephone and digitally, find the appropriate insurance coverage, and thus contribute directly to an excellent customer experience – in a performance-oriented environment that combines teamwork, service quality, and sales success.

In this role, you will strengthen the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships business unit at Zurich Schweiz in the area of Direct, Digital & Customer Care, Sales & After Sales Personal Lines D-CH and be part of the Direct Sales Personal Lines D-CH team. Through telephone and digital advisory and sales solutions for non-life products, you ensure that our customers receive the best protection in every life situation and experience Zurich as a reliable partner.

What to expect

• You advise and support prospective clients, partners, and existing customers in writing and by telephone in the area of private non-life customers.
• You determine the appropriate insurance coverage for our customers, create offers, and follow up on them.
• You provide competent information for customer inquiries and process written customer correspondence with high quality.

What distinguishes you

• Successfully completed training in the insurance industry (VBV certification an advantage) or professional experience in a commercial and customer-oriented role.
• Outgoing, service- and customer-oriented personality with enjoyment in telephone and written dialogue with customers and partners.
• Team player and resilient personality with high sales and advisory competence.
• Joy in the further development and professional support of colleagues.
• Proficient German language skills, any other national language an advantage.
