The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department of the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund leads and processes sophisticated transactions for the Migros-Gruppe. Our competent M&A advisory includes strategy assessment, business valuation, negotiation and due diligence up to the contractual framework. What you move * Management of advisory mandates in corporate finance, merger and acquisition projects including transaction support * Management and execution of due diligence audits * Negotiation and negotiation support regarding pricing and contract design * Financial analyses and business valuations, as well as collaboration on special projects * Support in decision-making within the relevant committees What you bring * Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) * Subject area: in business administration with a specialization in finance during studies and further training in the finance sector such as CFA or dipl.
