Enterprise Architect Core Banking Transformation

Tasks

• Development of the strategic application architecture for the core banking systems and the applications in the direct environment in accordance with the IT and corporate strategy
• Ensuring that functional requirements are prepared in a structured manner and challenged
• Development of the reference architecture across all functional domains
• Development of the implementation roadmap, including critical path, dependencies and "exit points"
• Support of the vendor selection, including challenging costs

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an architect (Domain/Enterprise) in complex IT landscapes, especially in the environment of core banking systems (master data management, clearing and settlement for/from accounts, securities, payment transactions and financing)
• Sound knowledge of modern architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Capability-Based Modelling as well as common integration and architecture patterns
• Verifiable experience in the planning and implementation of core banking transformations with different products and across all project phases
• Broad knowledge of banking applications, IT solutions and bank-specific reference architectures

Personality

• Strong communication skills and confidence in target-group-oriented communication at all hierarchical levels - from C-Level to the implementation teams
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to grasp complex relationships holistically.
