In this responsible role, you ensure efficient appointment and process coordination, thereby enabling a smooth workflow in everyday therapeutic practice. With your service-oriented communication, you contribute significantly to high patient satisfaction and quality in the physiotherapy and occupational therapy departments. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You take responsibility for general administrative and organizational tasks in scheduling • You plan, coordinate, and document therapy appointments and ensure reliable appointment confirmation for our patients • You are the first point of contact for our patients - both by telephone and in writing - and welcome them in a friendly and professional manner in the outpatient department • You ensure a smooth process in administrative therapy planning as well as in obtaining and ensuring cost approvals • You represent our outpatient therapeutic services externally with a high degree of professionalism and actively contribute to a positive image of our institution Your profile • You have completed basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as a medical secretary or a comparable qualification • You bring a strong understanding of service and communicate clearly, empathically, and appropriately for the target group • Your way of working is structured, efficient, and characterized by very good organizational skills • You are flexible, resilient, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations • You have very good IT user knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and enjoy continuously developing your digital competencies. • You master the German language in speaking and writing at a high level; further language skills are an advantage • Ideally, you already have professional experience in scheduling or administration in a larger healthcare institution Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
