What you can achieve In this function, you will take on a responsible and central role in our PROMEA Sozialversicherungen. You support our customers nationwide by telephone and in writing. You independently process benefit claims in the specialist area of family allowances and determine them taking into account the 26 cantonal family allowance regulations as well as international treaties. You process registrations in the specialist areas of loss of earnings compensation (EO) as well as parental compensation and also determine these for our nationwide clientele. You ensure that the allowances and compensations are checked, correctly calculated and paid out on time. You appreciate challenges and are also happy to take on additional tasks if needed and matching your strengths. What you bring with you Completed commercial basic training or equivalent vocational training.
