Head of Human Resources 80-100% ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for Human Resources Management within the organization • Leadership, development, and promotion of a small HR team • Sparring partner for management and executives in all personnel-relevant topics • Responsibility for the entire Employee Lifecycle - from recruitment to departure • Recruitment of specialists and executives including conducting interviews and contract design • Ensuring efficient and legally compliant personnel administration • Responsibility for payroll, social insurance, as well as cooperation with external bodies • Further development of HR processes, guidelines, and regulations • Ensuring compliance with labor and social insurance law requirements • Accompanying executives in labor law issues as well as in conflict and separation situations • Participation in cross-departmental projects and participation in group-wide meetings • Support in the organization of internal events and activities Qualifications & Competencies • Completed higher education in the field of Human Resources, business administration, or comparable (e.g., HR Management, MAS HRM) • Several years of experience in a generalist HR function with leadership responsibility • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law • Experience in advising executives and in dealing with demanding HR issues • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • High social competence, discretion, and strong communication skills • Experience in the further development of HR processes and organizations is an advantage • Proficient German as well as good knowledge of English Opportunities & Perspectives This function offers a responsible role with great scope for design in a stable and traditional industrial company.
