Banquet Service Manager 100%

Our banquet team requires an addition to the current team starting from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. In this challenging and varied role, you will be part of our banquet team and provide support at events or at the concert bar. You report directly to the Head of Banquet Operations. You are independently responsible for the implementation and supervision of various events while adhering to all hygiene and quality standards. You contribute significantly to the success of our events. • Participation in the preparation, planning, and execution of (large) events • Independent execution of various events with your service teams • Ensuring smooth service processes during events • Professional receiving, accompanying, advising, and seeing off our event guests • Organizing and assisting with the provision of seminar rooms • Monitoring and performing various cleaning tasks according to HACCP guidelines • Assistance with the periodic inventory • Professional leadership and training of our service assistants • Successfully completed training, e.g., as Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ, or hotel management school • Several years of professional experience in the service sector, preferably in a comparable function in upscale gastronomy and/or banquet • Excellent manners and a strong team spirit • Very good knowledge of using POS systems, preferably Gastrofix/Lightspeed • Very good language skills in German and English, other languages an advantage
