For a company in Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality for a long-term permanent position in the area of sales back office and administration, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Workload: 60–80 %, with the possibility of a later increase

Tasks

• Telephone and written customer support
• Processing of customer inquiries
• Creation and processing of offers
• Following up on open offers
• Support in order processing
• Coordination and monitoring of deliveries and delivery dates
• Communication with customers, suppliers and business partners
• Maintenance of customer, article and order data
• General administrative work and correspondence
• Processing and organization of e-mails and documents
• Cooperation in accounting
• After training, taking on further tasks in sales, marketing and organization

Requirements

• Commercial training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in sales back office, administration or customer support is an advantage
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Good organizational and communicative skills
• Confident handling of confidential information
• Openness to new technologies and working methods
• Interest in a long-term permanent position and personal development

Knowledge in the lighting industry is not required. Thorough training in the products and internal processes will be provided by the company.
