Head of Warehouse, 80-100 %

As Head of Warehouse, you will have a firm grip on the warehouse, both professionally and personally, with a team of over 8 employees.

Tasks ##

• You hold the overall operational and organizational responsibility for the warehouse, including managing the daily processes from goods receipt through storage and picking to goods dispatch.
• For your team of over 8 employees, you are a role model, contact person, and impulse provider at the same time.
• You always keep an eye on inventory levels and storage locations and continuously optimize them - from small parts to large-volume items in the external warehouse.
• You maintain close cooperation with purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and other internal departments.
• You test and establish new technologies in our warehouse processes with curiosity and actively commit to maintaining our ISO and IKS certificates.

Profile ##

• You have vocational training in logistics and have furthered your education, for example, as a Logistics Specialist HF or comparable.
• You have already gained leadership experience and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You are highly knowledgeable in warehousing and materials management and convince with a strong customer and service orientation.
• Proficient use of SAP and MS Office is as much a part of it for you as confident communication in German.
• With your quality awareness, you continuously develop our services while always keeping an eye on your team.
