Reservation Clerk (m/f/d)

As a warm voice on the phone or as a friendly contact via email: you provide our guests with excellent service even at the time of reservation. Additionally, you take care of:

• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
• Maintenance of Opera as well as the electronic reservation systems
• Invoice creation and control (accounts receivable and accounts payable) in compliance with price specifications
• Deposit handling and monitoring of timely incoming payments
• Support of the Sales and Front Office teams during peak times

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy/telephone customer service industry or interest in a career change
• High quality awareness and service orientation as well as hosting qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and good expression in German & English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to support across departments – we achieve our successes together
