In Zurich, we offer you two exciting workplaces: the 25hours Hotel Zurich West, former industrial sites, new clubs, international companies, contemporary museums - the hotel's neighborhood lives to the rhythm of change. Red heels and fishnet stockings, ties and tailored suits - at the crossroads between the lively Langstrasse and the hyper-modern Europaallee, worlds meet. During the day, business conversations take place, in the evening, neon signs shimmer. The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is located in the center, near the main station and only a short bike ride from the lake. Both hotels tell their own story - just like our colleagues.

Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, one bar - many possibilities to organize parties and events in the establishment. Our atmosphere is multicultural, our philosophy unconventional. We are a young team and love our culture of using 'tu' mixed with good manners.

Job Description

What your workday looks like -

You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team, from morning to evening

You coordinate events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has all the information

You are responsible for all group inquiries from 8 rooms

You take charge of creating offers, contracts and invoices.

You record reservations in the system, create room lists and prepare everything for a perfect check-in and stay

You conduct client interviews directly on site and supplement this with telephone agreements.

You propose offers in the interest of the company in order to optimize the occupancy rate

You keep an overview, even when every room in the establishment is sold simultaneously and all telephone lines are busy

Qualifications

Your personality matters more than your CV -

You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host

You are an open and communicative person, not afraid to assert yourself when necessary

You love working with people and making them enthusiastic

You are passionate about good food and drinks and love discovering new concepts

You bring not only your skills, but also your character

You speak fluent German and English
