As Head of Network Central Graubünden, you are responsible for the safe operation of the distribution network in Central Graubünden and further develop your team as well as our network infrastructure. Tasks ## • You lead the Network Central Graubünden area technically and personally and specifically develop the employees. • You ensure the safe, economical and timely operation as well as the maintenance and implementation of the facilities in the medium and low voltage network and provide services for third parties. • As a delegated plant operator, you are responsible for the safe, economical and timely operation of the network infrastructure. • You represent ewz towards authorities, customers and other stakeholders and promote a lived safety culture. • You are responsible for the organizational cost center and continuously develop processes and procedures. Profile ## • You have several years of leadership and professional experience in network operation or maintenance as well as a higher technical education (HF, FH, university or ETH) in electrical engineering or energy technology. • You also bring sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of medium and low voltage networks, as well as ideally experience as a plant operator. • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in controlling budgets, projects and resources characterize you. • Your high leadership, communication and decision-making competence enables you to work effectively with different stakeholders. • The willingness to perform on-call duty completes your profile.
