What you do • You record new benefit cases in the system and ensure that the information is complete and correct. • You also take specific customer requirements into account. • You assign the benefit cases to the designated specialist for further processing. • If necessary, you carry out clarifications within the team or by telephone with the customer. What you bring • Initial professional experience in customer support or customer service is an advantage, ideally at an insurance company • A flexible and team-oriented way of working as well as the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks • High motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm • Precise way of working and enjoyment of administrative and repetitive work • Good communication skills in German, other language skills are an advantage
