Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor 100% (Officemitarbeiter)

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Organization of the stewarding team in daily operations
• Ensuring smooth processes in the dishwashing and cleaning area
• Responsibility for the cleaning and care of crockery, kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas
• Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines
• Control and proper application of cleaning and operating materials
• Support with goods receipt, warehouse organization, and disposal
• Induction, training, and support of employees in the stewarding area
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure efficient operations

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or a comparable position
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• High awareness of quality and hygiene
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
