CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR BANKING 100% You will support the existing customer service team during an initially four-month assignment in the telephone consultation and support of customers. The activity takes place entirely on-site, from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00. Home office is not possible for this position. Your responsibility Telephone consultation and support of customers from German-speaking Switzerland Support with various concerns regarding banking services Competent answering of customer inquiries Recognition of consultation and sales potential Scheduling consultation appointments with the responsible customer advisors Recording and structured forwarding of more complex concerns Ensuring professional and service-oriented communication Maintenance and documentation of customer contacts in the corresponding systems Your profile Very good German skills in spoken and written language French skills are an additional plus Completed commercial training is an advantage Experience in the banking environment, customer service, or Contact Center Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and advisory activities Experience in cross-selling or sales is an advantage Confident handling of common Office programs and digital work tools Strong customer orientation, initiative, and a reliable way of working Flexibility, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment A varied activity in the financial services environment An assignment with clear working hours from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00 Two possible work locations: Zürich or St. Gallen A fixed-term assignment with a realistic extension option The possibility to specifically expand your experience in customer service and banking Professional guidance during the entire assignment Sounds exciting?
