HR Clerk

The Alters- und Pflegezentrum Herrenbergli, as a typical Zurich neighborhood and elderly care center with a focus on long-term care, is open to 97 residents. Over one hundred qualified employees from the fields of nursing and care, activation, hotel management, kitchen, service, facility management and administration are dedicated with joy and commitment to ensuring our residents feel comfortable in Herrenbergli.

We are a private non-profit institution that is managed independently and on its own economic basis and thus does not belong to the elderly care centers of the City of Zurich.

To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for an engaged and reliable HR Clerk starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this function, you will undertake the following tasks:

• Administration of various HR processes (onboarding and offboarding, contract management, time management)
• Maintenance and administration of personnel data
• Active participation in the completion and further development of the digitalization of our personnel files
• Support with general organizational tasks in the HR area
• Assistance in application management and absence management

The field of tasks is not set in stone and can be adjusted depending on existing experience, know-how and area of interest.

To succeed in your daily work, you have:

• Proven experience in human resources
• A structured, careful and independent way of working
• Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data
• Very good MS Office skills, high affinity in dealing with computer systems and tools
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
