Department Head: Rotkreuz Driving Service and Public Transport Escort Service (80 - 100%) #

Your field of activity ###

• You lead and develop the department, including personnel management and development
• You successfully implement organizational changes together with your team
• You continuously optimize and further develop services and processes, thereby ensuring high quality
• In cooperation with internal IT, you are responsible for the central systems in the driving service and their further development as well as maintenance
• Planning, budgeting, and reporting of the department are your responsibility
• Through the maintenance of internal and external networks, you strengthen cooperation and occasionally participate in projects and national committees
• As an interface to the division management and to other departments, you promote cross-divisional cooperation
• You also actively participate in daily operational business (customer service, dispatching, and administration)
• Together with the regional managers, you ensure the recruitment, support, and appreciation of around 1'000 volunteers

What you bring with you ###

• Several years of leadership experience of teams with different roles and functions in a service environment, ideally in the areas of customer service, dispatching, or internal service
• Commercial training or comparable qualification with a strong service and customer orientation
• Sound understanding of processes as well as experience in dealing with key figures, evaluations, and reportings as a basis for decisions
• Affinity for IT and digitalization topics, experience with Office 365 as well as ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
• Enjoy actively shaping changes and thinking cross-divisionally, even in hectic situations
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and skill in dealing with different stakeholders
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Enjoy working with volunteers and appreciation of their commitment as a supporting pillar of our offering
