For our client, we are looking for an ICT-System-Supporter:in who works independently and in a solution-oriented manner. In this exciting role, you will take on the responsibility for supporting a dynamic IT environment and contributing to the optimization of operational processes. Region: Zürich Type of employment: Temporary with option for extension Workload: 80-100% Your tasks • Provision of 2nd-level support for client systems and peripheral devices within a school IT infrastructure. • Carrying out problem analyses to troubleshoot and optimize systems. • Support in incident management and coordination of support requests. • Planning and implementation of implementation projects for clients and peripheral devices. • Assistance with the installation of additional installations and the implementation of IT projects. • Technical advice and support for 1st-level supporters. • Creation of practical guidelines and information sheets to strengthen users' self-help. Your profile • Completed education in computer science, ideally in business informatics, support or system technology. • In possession of a driver's license category B. • At least four years of professional experience in the field of field support. • Experienced in working with extensive IT support structures in the enterprise environment. • Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and network technologies (LAN/WLAN). • Competent in handling client hardware and various peripheral devices. • Ability to create user manuals and process-oriented instructions.
