What you will move with us ##

With our consulting services in the field of Digital Transformation, we accompany our customers from A to Z in Digital Transformation - independently and in the context of implementations by Ergon. Our services range from Digital Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, through Business Innovation and various roles in project management and implementation, to successful Change Management. In this Senior/Manager role, on the one hand, you will carry out your own consulting mandates at C-level, accompany other consultants, and thus actively help shape the sustainable business growth of this fast-growing business unit.

• exciting project tasks from design to the introduction of solutions for demanding customers
• modern, event-driven, and reactive architectures based on a very broad technology palette
• We choose the technologies that make the most sense for the respective project - regarding Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and Cloud solutions
• Integration into our highly qualified development team, where we learn from and with each other in an inspiring environment

What you already bring with you ##

• University degree (Uni / FH, Master)
• Many years of activity in a consulting company with a focus on the financial services industry, administration, or healthcare
• Responsibility for the further development of consulting services and accompanying junior consultants
• Consulting C-level customers on specialist, technology, and organizational issues
• Further training and certifications in the relevant areas
• Excellent communication skills orally and in writing (German and English)
• Willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland, especially Zurich and Bern
