Join our catering team in Zurich ##

We are looking for a warm and energetic person to complete our Catering & Events team.

You accompany our catering clients from the first contact to the post-event follow-up and take charge of the administrative management from A to Z - autonomously, efficiently and with great personal initiative. You are both a team player and a doer, and you enjoy managing several events at the same time.

Your tasks: ##

• Point of contact for our guests for all questions relating to their event
• Active sales, advice and preparation of offers
• Administrative processing of catering orders from the first request to the follow-up, including invoicing
• Active planning of events and participation on-site
• Main responsibility during certain events
• Ensuring the communication flow with our internal and external stakeholders
• Management and planning of staff during events
• Development of the catering offer and quality standards (food, non-food and service)
• Autonomous planning and realization of exclusive events for up to 60 people in our creative workshop in Zürich Seefeld

Your profile: ##

• Training in gastronomy is an asset
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of banquets, catering or events
• Completed commercial training is an asset
• Excellent oral and written expression (DE/EN)
• Flexibility regarding working hours and interventions on weekends
• Confident mastery of MS Office
• Spontaneity and attention to detail
