What you do You analyze demanding and complex group insurance solutions and accompany the entire process, from the offer to the creation of the contract. You are responsible for risk-based pricing for new customers, complex calculations for pension transfers, the creation of individual surplus statements, and special calculations. You proactively advise and accompany Relationship Managers and customer service teams with your expertise and experience, especially in challenging cases. You take on technical leadership in projects and manage them from specification to successful test acceptance. You ensure compliance with and further development of internal control specifications and contribute your expertise to the optimization of processes. What you bring University or technical college degree or insurance-specific further training, ideally with a connection to occupational pension schemes or group life Several years of professional experience as an underwriter with a focus on occupational pension schemes, ideally in a FINMA-regulated insurance company Strong solution orientation, resilience, and reliability Very good MS Office skills; programming skills are an advantage.
