Would you like to take on a central role in the further development of our pricing models in the Corporate Life & Pensions business and actively contribute to sustainable profitability?

In this role, you will strengthen the Life business division in the Kollektivleben team at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success.

As Senior Pricing Actuary Corporate Life & Pensions, you are responsible for the development and application of the Kollektivleben tariff and ensure that our solutions are optimally positioned within the tension between customer orientation, market dynamics, and profitability. You work closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Product Management, and Sales and contribute your expertise both strategically and operationally.

What awaits you

• You further develop the Kollektivleben tariff annually, accompany the internal approval process, and coordinate the submission to FINMA
• You ensure the implementation, correct execution, and application of the existing business tariffing of the Kollektivleben tariff in the administration system
• You actively manage portfolio profitability and derive data-based measures for sustainable improvement of results
• You continuously develop pricing models, tools, and processes in close cooperation with Underwriting as well as Life Performance & Analytics CLP
• You position yourself as a competent contact person and sparring partner for Sales and Management in pricing-relevant issues

What distinguishes you

• University or technical college degree in a quantitative field
• Ongoing or completed training as an Aktuar SAV or willingness to complete it
• Good programming skills, ideally in R, as well as experience in the further development of models and processes
• Several years of experience in Kollektivleben pricing or high motivation to study this specialist area in depth
• Excellent German skills
