We are looking for a service-oriented personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, to coordinate, monitor, and support externally procured IT services and the operation of specialist applications as an ICT Coordinator. Your tasks Coordination and monitoring of outsourced IT operations as well as the SOC service with external service partners regarding quality, service delivery, and costs Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external ICT partners during incidents, problems, service requests, and changes Monitoring, prioritization, and tracking of tickets as well as supporting the finding of solutions In the event of possible critical impacts on the business, initiation and coordination of escalations to internal and external bodies as well as Ensuring professional and level-appropriate communication between different internal and external stakeholders Support of the management and employees with ICT issues Participation in lifecycle, release, and change management in the M365 and application environment Participation in ICT, digitalization, and AI projects as a specialist or sub-project leader Examination of invoices and participation in budgeting, forecast creation, as well as cost control in the ICT area Procurement and administration of hardware and software including inventory and lifecycle management Your profile Completed training in informatics (EFZ) with at least 3-5 years of experience Very good MS Office and M365 knowledge as well as ITSM know-how including tools Interest in topics such as information security, digitalization, and artificial intelligence High reliability, flexibility, resilience Strong communication and teamwork skills Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working Strong implementation and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality Our offer Versatile area of responsibility Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits Excellent connection to public transport Employee restaurant Work location: Zürich-Enge Contact If you are interested in an exciting challenge in a collegial team and want to advance the insurance industry, then we look forward to your complete application.
