General
Support the Director of Sales & Revenue in implementing commercial strategies
Work closely with Reservations & Revenue, Marketing, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams
Assist with sales projects, budgeting, forecasting, and market planning
Market Development & Sales
Represent Baur au Lac in sales activities with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity
Manage assigned source markets and customer segments while identifying new business opportunities in the Corporate, Leisure, and Luxury Travel sectors
Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
Proactively engage clients through sales calls, meetings, site visits, and networking activities
Participate in market visits and industry events
Monitor trends and developments within the luxury travel segment
Utilize market data, insights, and commercial tools to support sales initiatives
Client Relations, Travel & Events
Organize and support site inspections, FAM trips, and client events
Prepare for and participate in trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions
Support and further develop virtual training sessions and webinars
Ensure a strong and consistent market presence
Sales Administration & Commercial Support
Handle and follow up on sales inquiries
Support the RFP process and prepare proposals, contracts, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records in Protel and CRM systems, and prepare reports and market analyses
Ensure efficient administration and documentation of sales activities and client interactions

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in luxury hospitality, sales, reservations, or luxury retail
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (mandatory)
- Additional language skills are an advantage
