Night Auditor 40% DE

To strengthen our reception team, we are looking for a Night Auditor for two nights per week (Friday►Saturday & Saturday►Sunday) each from 22.30 Uhr to 6.45 Uhr.

You may not have classical training in this field, but you are among the upbeat "night owls" of the city of Zürich and have already been able to gain experience in similarly sized houses as a Night Auditor and/or receptionist, then please send us your application.

Your main tasks include:

• Check-in, Check-out for guests arriving/departing late or early
• Operation of the hotel computer ProtelAir, telephone switchboard, fax &

All-Card-System

• Information and general guest care
• Complaint management according to quality management
• Acceptance of room reservations during the night
• Performing reconciliations, maintaining statistics
• Performing day-end closing
• Security rounds
• Monitoring of alarms
• Carrying out additional tasks as instructed
• Provision of breakfast.

Should the 40% workload not be sufficient for you, and if you do not mind switching between day/night, we could also offer you a 100% position, 3 days on day shift and 2 nights. During the holiday absence of the Night Auditor, the night shifts increase accordingly. We look forward to your application.
