Your tasks * Together with the Product Owner, you lead the team and are responsible for successful collaboration as well as the further development of our products * You spend a significant part of your time working hands-on: You develop and improve ML models together with the team, perform data analyses, build reportings, and participate in decisions regarding data and model architecture. In doing so, you ensure a common technical and functional orientation within the team * The technical quality of our products is your responsibility -- from code quality to system architecture to technical planning. Additionally, you are a sparring partner for the team regarding architectural and conceptual questions * You specifically promote the professional and personal competencies of your team members and pay attention to motivation, development, and well-being within the team * You continuously expand your knowledge of how our financial processes work and evolve * You drive topics forward within the team and beyond, keep stakeholders informed, and make your team's successes visible. Knowledge of software engineering for collaboration with the engineering teams around Gringotts and experience with productive ML models are an advantage * Interest in financial topics such as credit risk and fraud detection. Experience in this area is a plus * Experience with AI-supported working, for example with Claude Code, Agents, and Skills, is a plus. Openness and the desire to learn quickly are mandatory.
