Collaborator Backoffice

The Swiss Patient Organisation OSP is a public utility foundation based in Zurich. The foundation's purpose is to advise patients on matters related to their medical or dental treatment, as well as to represent their interests in the healthcare system. OSP also acts as a neutral mediation body on behalf of hospitals, medical centers, and professional associations, in order to offer patients an early and neutral contact person in case of problems and to support the institutions concerned in improving quality. Backoffice Collaborator (40-60% / place of work: Zurich) Your main tasks: Support to the backoffice team in daily operational activities First point of contact for telephone and written requests from members, people seeking advice, professionals, partner organisations and other stakeholders, in German and French Processing of correspondence in German and French Entry, updating and management of data (e.g. databases, lists, documentation) General organisation of the office (e.g. equipment management) Support for cross-administrative tasks Your profile: Initial commercial training (CFC) or equivalent qualification First professional experience in a similar function is an advantage Native French language, good understanding of German; Italian is an advantage. Strong service orientation, team spirit and pleasure in being in contact with people of varied profiles. Strong customer orientation, team spirit and ease in establishing trust relationships with varied interlocutors.
