Head of Case Management Permanent position Human Resources Management The professional integration of ill or injured employees is a goal of the Stadt Zürich's Occupational Reintegration Management. The Case Management promotes the preservation of work ability and reintegration into the work process. The current job holder is striving for a career change. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and committed person as a successor for the management of one of our two Case Management teams. Tasks You will lead 11 employees and ensure the correct implementation of the city-wide Case Management in close cooperation with the second team management. You will advise employees, managers, and HR specialists from various departments. You will take over the Case Management process for individual cases and plan measures for reintegration into the work process. You will coordinate and network internal and external contact points such as managers, HR specialists, medical specialists, social insurance companies, and others. Profile Several years of experience in professional reintegration or Case Management as well as in-depth knowledge of social insurance law Consulting competence and solution- and resource-oriented way of working Comprehensive understanding and interest in business, medical, and labor law issues Leadership and project management experience, preferably in public administration, in a politically shaped environment and/or a large organization University of applied sciences degree in health or social sciences, psychology We offer A challenging, independent, and varied management activity in a committed team in the diverse environment of the Stadt Zürich.
