Service Employees in the Field - Merchant (40-80%)

Our Merchant team is responsible for ensuring that everything 'runs smoothly' for our over 900 corporate customers and that hygiene specifications are met for all FELFEL refrigerators & Gavetti coffee machines.

You will be coordinated by our Dispatcher team, which compiles tours daily that the Merchants drive individually. You will visit approx. 5-8 corporate customers per day, check on-site if everything is okay with the FELFEL or the Gavetti, and replenish utensils if necessary. Since we are organized by regions throughout Switzerland, the starting point is flexible and we are happy to adapt the tour planning as best as possible to your place of residence. Depending on the circumstances, the tour region may also change at short notice. The most important thing: after your visit, the FELFEL refrigerators & Gavetti coffee machines look inviting and clean!

• Corporate customer visits: As a FELFEL Customer Merchant, you will independently visit our locations at companies throughout Switzerland in the FELFEL E-Vans. You are the FELFEL face on-site for our FELFEL customers.
• Maintenance work on the FELFEL refrigerator: On-site at the customers, you perform a 'service', which means you check inventory, clean the FELFEL thoroughly and ensure that hygiene guidelines are met, refill cutlery, etc.
• Planogram Changes: You carry out changes to the planogram by integrating new features into the refrigerator or adjusting existing elements so that the devices are always presented up to date and attractively.
• Service on the Gavetti coffee machine: You clean the coffee machine thoroughly as well as the associated components such as the base, the milk refrigerator, etc., refill cream and sugar and ensure that the decoration around the machine is clean and beautifully arranged. Make it nice.
• Recycling: You ensure that the recycling station is correctly positioned on-site and that everything works correctly and empty the recycling bags (or you take them with you in the truck immediately). Occasionally, you drive with a large load to our recycling partner and unload the collected bags on-site.

The daily routine is typically such that you start around 8 and immediately set off to the companies that the Dispatcher has compiled for you, so you are on the move until around 17/18 o'clock in the evening: You work independently and are in contact with our Dispatcher via telephone or messaging system during the day if necessary.

• Service experience or experience in a similar industry where you had contact with many customers is a plus
• Warm charisma: You 'sell' Customer Happiness - this always starts with a warm smile at FELFEL
• Availability on at least two full days per week
• Large cars / small trucks that can be driven with a B driver's license do not frighten you; You are a genius at reversing - and if not yet, free training will be provided ;-)
• Non-smoker: FELFEL is a non-smoking company. Smoking during work or 'smelling of smoke' is not desired.
• Very good German and English skills, French is a plus.
