As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the voice of ISS and a central interface between our customers, internal teams and specialist departments. You ensure that concerns are not only processed efficiently, but that our customers feel heard, understood and well looked after in every way. What to expect You receive customer concerns by telephone, via e-mail and through our ticketing system and accompany them from the inquiry to the correct triage. You listen carefully, ask the right questions and find out what is really needed. You record and coordinate fault reports, repairs and service requests in a structured and reliable manner. You work closely with our operative teams and ensure that information arrives where it is needed. You maintain data and documentation so that our processes function cleanly. You bring in your personality and make service tangible.
