Architect for Project Management and Team Leadership

In this key position, you will independently lead demanding architectural projects, strengthen your project teams, and relieve the company management in day-to-day operations. You will contribute structure, quality, and entrepreneurial thinking – and receive the chance to develop yourself medium- to long-term towards executive management and to decisively help shape the architecture.

Your tasks

• Independent management of demanding architectural projects across all project phases
• Active co-design and accompaniment of the design process
• Responsibility for quality and project organization
• Leadership and coordination of internal project teams as well as external specialist planners
• Direct cooperation with clients, authorities, and other project participants
• Operational support of the company management in project execution
• Promotion and development of employees within the project organization
• Participation in the optimization of processes, structures, and quality standards

Your profile

• Education as an Architect FH or ETH
• Several years of experience in leading demanding architectural projects
• Sound knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes
• Experience in leading project teams or strong interest in taking on corresponding responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
• Distinctive quality standards for architecture, planning, and execution
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and constructive exchange with various stakeholders
