What you do exactly here:

• First point of contact for specialized questions regarding credit and leasing applications
• Processing of credit and leasing applications in collaboration with internal services (Sales,

Risk, Fraud, Collection and Compliance)

• Reviewing applications using various systems as well as, if necessary, escalation or reporting to the Risk, Fraud, Collection or Compliance department in case of suspicion of irregularities
• Telephone and written advice to the sales department (Sales), commercial partners

(dealers) and end customers

• Processing of contract extension requests

• You have a commercial education or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of finance or automotive.
• You have a very good command of German and French, both spoken and written.
