Zürich, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Relieve the department management and the offense field managers in organizational and coordinative matters • Create correspondence, emails, and presentations as well as maintain management and department filing • Plan, organize, and follow up on meetings, business trips, and events -- including minutes and pending task management • Support personnel and management processes, manage general department requests as well as continuing education requests • Be responsible for department administration -- from expenses and budget to the further development of templates and work tools <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial basic training, supplementary further training in administration, IT, or languages is an advantage • At least 3--4 years of experience in an assistant function, ideally at a public prosecutor's office, a court, or a law firm • Strong organizational talent, independent and careful way of working, as well as high service orientation • Strong communication, resilient personality with discretion, flexibility, and enjoyment of a hub function • Confident handling of MS-Office and interest in processes, quality assurance, and digital work tools • Good active knowledge of at least two official languages; English skills are an advantage <br /> In a nutshell In this key role, you will become the organizational hub of the Economic Crime department -- in direct cooperation with the department management and the procedural teams. You will gain a 360-degree insight into the internal processes of the Bundesanwaltschaft, expand your interdisciplinary competencies, and become part of a well-coordinated team in which cooperation and exchange of experience are lived daily.
