For an established company in the high-end premium segment, we are looking for an upbeat personality who enjoys thinking ahead, taking responsibility, and maintaining an overview.
Motivated recent graduates with a commercial apprenticeship are also very welcome.

Order Processing Clerk / Customer Service

Workload: 80-100%

Your tasks

• Processing and coordination of customer orders from A to Z
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Clarifications regarding delivery possibilities, dates, and customer inquiries
• Telephone and written support of a demanding international clientele
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and other specialist departments
• Maintenance of customer and order data
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in daily business

What you bring with you

• Commercial training or comparable basic training
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a versatile hub function
• Very good German as well as good English skills
• French skills are a plus, but not a must
• A quick grasp and enjoyment in clarifying things independently
• Reliable, structured, and service-oriented way of working
• Confident and friendly demeanor - even with demanding customers
• Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
