Our work contributes decisively to ensuring that strategic and operative topics from the headquarters arrive effectively, understandably, and purposefully at our general agencies and the client advisors. Become part of it too and apply as a Communication Specialist Agents.     What you do • You help shape the target-oriented communication strategy for the agency sales. • You ensure coordinated, consistent communication in close cooperation with our cross-channel stakeholders. • You advise executives and business leads on communicative issues, including positioning on specific topics. • You develop relevant messages and communication formats for different stakeholder groups in sales and management. • You maintain the Agentsweb, develop it further, and take responsibility for our newsletter formats.     What you bring   • A completed degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) or an equivalent education in the field of communication, marketing, media, or a comparable field of study. • Several years of experience in strategic and operative communication and/or marketing, ideally in a sales, finance, or insurance environment. • Willingness to take responsibility, set priorities, actively reflect on performance, and continuously develop in the sense of our corporate values. • Independent, structured working and joy in collaborating in a team. • Confident communicative skills in German; further language skills in French and Italian are an advantage.     Your contact   Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Jasmina Pipic (044 628 42 50)     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40%   We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
